Privacy Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of Eur. UE 27th April 2016 n679 – Uniters Spa Website

With this document Uniters Spa, owner of the website, intends to inform on how to manage the site in relation to the processing and protection of personal data of the subjects (users) who access it in the Italian version.

This document represents an informative report conforming to the provisions of art. 13 GDPR 2016/679 (European Regulation of 27 April 2016 No. 679).

This is valid only for the website of which the Company is the owner and not for other websites that can be consulted by the user through links that may be activated through the site.

The data you provide will be collected through the Website for the following purposes:

a. sale of products through the e-commerce channel

b. providing information and assistance to the customer

c. for internal statistical purposes of the Company itself

d. Marketing activities by Uniters Spa (sending advertising material, carrying out market research and commercial communication through newsletters).


As part of the purposes of the processing highlighted in the previous paragraph, we will treat:

• identification data (name, surname, date of birth, tax code);

• contact details (e-mail address, telephone number);

• payment details (credit card details or payment tokens by third party payment providers such as PayPal)

While browsing the website, we will collect personal data automatically.

We will store: the name of your Internet Service Provider, the site from which you visit us, the specific pages of our website that you visit and the date and duration of the visit. During their ordinary operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or other users, only upon request of the supervisors in charge.


The personal data you will supply will be processed by paper, computerized or telematic means, or with other means which are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the processing.


The personal data of which our Company will come into possession are not subject to dissemination. These data may be the subject of communication within the Company or between companies of the Uniters Group, including Uniters S.p.A., headquartered in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), via E. De Nicola, and be used by authorized persons and persons responsible for data processing who have been appointed for purposes linked to the performance of the contract (eg shipments).


The management and the storage of personal data take place on servers, located inside and outside the European Union, owned by and / or available for Uniters S.p.A. and for third-party companies in charge, duly appointed as data controllers.


The data will be stored in the form that allows your identification for the time necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, within the legal limits.

A longer period of personal data storage may be determined by requests made by the Public Administration or by another judicial, governmental or regulatory body or by the participation of the undersigned company to judicial procedures involving the processing of personal data that you supplied.


Data providing is optional. Any refusal to supply, in whole or in part, your personal data to us, will make it impossible for Uniters S.p.A. to provide the requested services to the interested party. The required data are necessary to complete the commercial transactions on the e-commerce section.


According to the current legislation (articles 15 to 22 of the Regulations) you have the right to obtain access to your information (art.15), to correct or integrate it (art.16), to cancel it (the “right to be forgotten”, art.17), to obtain restriction of processing (art. 18), the right to data portability (art.20), the right to object to the processing of your data for particular reasons (art. 21) and the right not to be subjected to an automated decision-making process (art.22); furthermore, we remind you that you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the “Autorità Garante” for the processing of personal data (

Cookies do not collect identifying information of the user. In fact, Uniters Spa cannot use cookies to trace any personal identifying information (eg name, surname) if not provided directly by the user. Moreover, another website cannot use a cookie issued by website to access other information contained in the user's computer. Once saved on your computer, the cookie can only be read by the website that created it.

With regards to the cookies used on the Website, we provide the following information:
