Your order will be shipped by the method chosen in the checkout process. Please allow for one or two business days for the processing of your order.

When you make a purchase on our site, you will have the option of creating an account. By creating an account, the system will remember your personal data and purchase information making sure the checkout process on future purchases will be fast, easy and secure. If an account is not created, we will still collect your name, shipping address, and financial information along with each order to complete the transaction. This information will be used for billing, shipping, transactional, and marketing purposes and will not be transferred or sold to companies outside of the Uniters Group.
Returns & Replacements
We will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx at the cost of the customer. In case of loss or damage in the return process, the customer is liable so please insure your package accordingly. The sale of custom colored items are considered final sales and can not be returned.

Your account information can be viewed and updated by logging into your account. You can edit your information from the "Dashboard" view as well as in the "Account Information" and "Address Book" areas.
